We understand that when you need technical support, you need effective support, and you need it immediately, regardless of where you are in the world and what time it is.

Inform us of your project deadlines and details in advance, and you will be assigned a d3 support engineer who you can contact directly via email, MSN and telephone. We use remote support software to allow us to log into your machines on site and assist you when you need it.

 

d3 support engineers are experienced in using d3 on real, large-scale shows, and d3’s developers are available to assess and fix any software issues that may hinder your progress.

d3 is designed to be extremely rugged - but in the unlikely event of a fault, you can contact an experienced support engineer immediately. Our growing list of local partners can ship you replacement machines if required.

All d3 machines come with a full 2 year Return-to-Base Warranty, covering all components in the machine and labour costs.

To give you complete confidence, we can offer you on-site support from our experienced staff of d3 operators at your rehearsal or event location. Each d3 operator has been through a rigorous 3 day training session, and have plenty of production experience.

 

If you need a designer, for content, a sequencer, for show preparation, or an operator for show-time, we can get you the right person for the job.
